Ingredients:
10 grams of dried herb Sambiloto
1 lump (jumput) dried leaves mimba
5 finger-roots sidaguri
Making way:
Sambiloto mimba and boiled with 5 cups water to 3 cups to. Sidaguri roots boiled with 2 cups water to 1 cup
All boiling leave until cold night, the next day can be new
How to use:
Sambiloto boiling water and mimba drunk 3 1 cup each day, 1 hour before meals. This is also the root of boiling water sidaguri. The remaining stew can be boiled again in the morning, and leave the cold and drunk in the afternoon
